Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We only off refunds and returns on physical items if they are defective or damaged.If you would like to exchange a deck for another, the deck must be returned to us in original shrink wrapped unopened condition.

If your item arrived damaged or defective send us an email at info@leaguegames.com.au with your order number, product issue and photos of any damage or concerns.

If for any reason a return has been arranged with us at any stage you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once item is received a replacement will be shipped out to you.

Shipping 

We offer flat rate standard shipping Australia wide on all orders placed on our website. 

Delivery Times

All website placed orders are completed and mailed out within 1-3 business days. Stock permitting. 

All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your order to reach you may vary. Due to pandemic and recent weather conditions delivery times have been unpredictable. This is beyond our control. The tracking number provided with your order will give you the estimated delivery time frame via email or the AusPost tracking website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship within Australia. If you would like to order something from outside of Australia please contact us to see if that can be arranged.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Items

All of our card decks are shipped with tracking via AusPost. Should your order fail to be delivered for any reason please contact both, us and AusPost. Let us know your order number and delivery issue via email so we can contact AusPost to lodge an investigation.
